Puppy Pick Up Information

  • All appointment times are 1 hour long, with an additional 30-minute period to prep for the next pick-up. If you are running late, please be sure to contact us.
  • Feel free to ask any questions about your pup's care any day after the pick-up.
  • Now is the time to set an appointment for their health check. A health check is needed to solidify the puppy’s health guarantee. We do not allow any extensions to this time.
  • Be sure to check with a veterinarian if your dog is ready to start heartworm and flea prevention.
  • We would love reviews to post on our website!
  • As you can tell, we love to take pictures of our pups, especially with their new families. We would love it and very much appreciate it if you could show up picture-ready. If you are using a transportation company, please send a picture of you with your pups when they are settling in. We will be posting pictures on social media and/or our website. You do have the option to refuse us posting your picture if you are not comfortable.

  • Be sure to bring a cage for safe transportation. Puppies will only need a small cage.
  • If you are traveling a long distance, consider bringing extra toys for play.
  • Also, bring extra puppy training pads depending on the distance.
  • If you do not have the items listed above, your puppy care package ​will include a small amount of everything except the small cage.
  • Final payments are due the day before or at the time of pick-up.

 

  • We will provide extra food and toys for puppies.
  • There will be a $50 charge for their health certificate, which will be included in your final bill.
  • Contracts must be signed before puppies leave our residence. We will send contracts the morning of departure.
  • Final payments need to be made before the puppies’ departure.

  • For the safety and well-being of everyone, we strictly prohibit the presence of any weapons on our property during puppy pick-ups. Please leave all weapons in your vehicle before entering the premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
